Our beloved outdoor “all in white” dinner party returns. Nothing has changed, aside from our secret venue. Guests will learn details of the site 24 hours prior. Member tickets are $25 per person or $250 for a table of 10. Non member tickets (yes, we will check and if you purchase at the member rate and your dues is lapsed, or you aren’t a member, you will be charged the $50 family rate to attend) $35 per person or $350 for a table of 10.
This year’s event takes place on Thursday, August 12. We are coming back small. Attendance is limited to 250. We encourage all to consider making life easy and getting one of the three boxed dinners we are offering. Cuisine has returned as our caterer. These dinners are amazing and come with plates, napkins, cutlery and water.
MENU ONE – GREEK ISLANDS GRILLED BEEF SALAD Baby spinach and Romaine topped with grilled sliced beef, tomatoes and cucumbers, with a sprinkle of feta cheese and a red wine vinaigrette. Broken pita chips garish. FRESH MELON, PROSCIUTTO AND ARUGULA All wrapped up and skewered, the ham and spicy arugula are wonderful with the crisp melon. A light drizzle of honey poppy seed vinaigrette finishes. BAKLAVA Layers of phyllo, honey, and chopped nuts are always a treat! PRICE PER PERSON – $35.00
MENU TWO – LEMONGRASS CHICKEN Cubes of boneless chicken breast are marinated offered with diced yellow peppers. Sticky cucumber and peanut sauce is offered on the side. THAI NOODLE SALAD Noodles with Savoy cabbage, sugar snaps, edamame, pickled vegetables, red pepper, and cilantro tossed with sweet chili hoisin vinaigrette. CUCUMBER SALAD Rice wine vinegar and a little cilantro along with diced pickled ginger and shredded carrots flavor this combination. CITRUS BLUEBERRY SALAD WITH ALMOND RELISH & MINTED SUGAR Red and yellow grapefruit segments as well as navel orange pieces are accented by fresh ginger and honey. PRICE PER PERSON- $30.00
MENU THREE – BARBECUE SALMON WITH MUSHROOM AND ROASTED CORN RELISH Salmon fillets are infused with sweet and spicy flavors of the barbecue sauce. A relish of corn and mushrooms accents the meat. SUMMER GREEN SALAD Garden green beans, sugar snaps, and sweet peas combine with toasted pinenuts and a dash of lemon-scented olive oil. PIMENTO CHEESE DEVILED EGGS Who doesn’t love a deviled egg? Garnished with slivered scallion. LEMON CHESS BAR. PRICE PER PERSON – $30.00
