Our members-and-potential-members-only annual Membership meeting will be on Wednesday, December 17, 6:30-8:30 p.m., at Coalescence Coffee Co., 226 West 24th St. in Norfolk. Members of Norfolk Sister City Association will elect our proposed new Board members for 2026. Also, our new Board Officers will be introduced. There will be an opportunity to learn about volunteer opportunities and sign up for committees as well.
This year’s annual meeting educational activities are sponsored by our Toulon, France committee. All are encouraged to dress festively and/or in your favorite ugly holiday sweater.
We’ll feast on winter comfort foods from Gourmet Gang. Also, a cash coffee bar will be available featuring Espresso, Hand-Pour Overs, Signature Menu, and Teas.
Tickets for this event and buffet meal are no cost for Norfolk Sister Cities members and potential members, but registration is required. Donations will be accepted at the meeting if you wish. Cash, check, and credit card will be accepted.
