Exchange Programs

Norfolk Sister Cities offers adult and youth international exchange programs with our sister cities which help us to create and strengthen those partnerships. The connections between our communities are mutually beneficial and often include initiatives focused on arts and culture, youth and education, business and trade, and community development.

We also host international diplomats through the Congressional Office for International Leadership (COIL)’s Open World Program.
