Norfolk Sister City Association sent nine students and one chaperone for a three week exchange to Wilhelmshaven, Germany. Two of this year’s participants received scholarship funding from Acoustical Sheetmetal, Inc. 
The group left in late July and returned in August. Below is a sampling of images from their time abroad.
