Norfolk Sister City Association (NSCA) Interns Zachary Fitzpatrick, Nikki Khmolovska, and Kara Broene worked on a display at Norfolk City Hall, showcasing gifts and artifacts from Norfolk’s nine sister cities and one friendship city. This includes everything from traditional dolls from French sister city Toulon to a music box from our newest friendship city, Ningbo-Beilun, China.
