In addition to tea at Norfolk County Hall with the County Council and assorted department heads, our delegation celebrated the centenary anniversary of the Rotary Club of Norwich. The delegation toured assorted cultural sites and famous local businesses. This visit provided a needed jump start of relations. The expected outcomes will be new opportunities around offshore wind, resiliency, and student exchanges.
