Last month we had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from Ningbo, China. Our delegates received briefings from representatives of: Norfolk Public Schools; City of Norfolk, Economic Development; Port of Virginia; Department of Environmental Quality; City of Norfolk Department of Utilities and Hampton Roads Sanitation District.
