Japan Relief

NSCA partnered with Harborfest to raise awareness and funding for Japan Tsunami Relief.  While our Sister City Kitakyushu was not directly impacted by the tsunami or earthquake, Kitakyushu City has been a special section spearheading the disaster relief.  A check for $3,000 was presented June 26^th to the Mayor of Kitakyushu from NSCA.  A special signed card from the donors of Norfolk is displayed in the City Hall of Kitakyushu and was covered by NHK TV News and Mainichi Newspaper.
