Delegates from Kochi, India explored Norfolk September 11-18. The four person group visited EVMS, Old Doniminion and Norfolk State Universities as well as think tanks with Chesapeake Bay Foundation, HRSD, etc. The culmination to their visit was being honored at Indiafest.
