Ann Schwarz-Miller, our Kochi Sister City host, along with NFTCO apprentice Gayla Clark will share samples of Kochi’s healthful spices, and information on Ayurveda. We will also have a selection of Fair Trade items from India!
The use of spices has been a part of Ayurvedic teaching for thousands of years. Kochi grows 75% of the world’s spices.
