It was a grand evening Thursday, August 13th at the third annual Soiree en Blanc as over 300 guests joined us in celebrating cultural diversity, and especially the strong and growing relationship with our Sister City of Toulon, France. Held at the Virginia Arts Festival Courtyard and hosted by our Toulon Committee, the evening featured the wonderful music of Norfolk Public Schools’ Strolling Strings. We’ll be back on August 11, 2016 to continue this fine Norfolk tradition of community, culture, friendship and cuisine!
