Sister Cities International has released the details of the 2021 Young Artists Showcase (YAYA). Like everything in life, the format will be virtual. Norfolk Sister City Association will do the same. Local submissions will be managed through Norfolk Public Schools. Eligible students will be in grades 7-12 (ages 13-18) and enrolled in art classes in Norfolk Public Schools. Submissions in 2-D and photography will be judged with the first place winners in each category advancing to Sister Cities International for the next round of competition.
