Seasoned ground beef, carrots, onions, corn, and peas are tossed with a light gravy and topped with mashed potatoes.

 CORONATION CHICKEN SARNIES

This creamy salad is flavored with curry and onion, and dried apricots and toasted almonds add the right amount of texture. Offered on whole grain bread in petite triangles.

*ORZO WITH SPINACH, CARAMELIZED ONIONS, AND PARMESAN 

 PETITE CUCUMBER TEA SANDWICHES

Thin buttered white bread is sandwiched with slices of English cucumber and offered in petite fingers.

 CHOPPED SALAD

A chiffonade of Romaine lettuce, diced celery, chickpeas, blanched green beans, diced tomato, and diced red and pepper are all tossed with a sherry shallot vinaigrette.

MAKE YOUR OWN TRIFLE

Diced pound cake and angel food cake offered with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Infused chocolate and vanilla whipped creams are offered for topping. Chocolate sauce is the final step for drizzling.
